Quantity is the number of tables of the same size and design.

For a single table, quantity is 1.

If you are ordering tables for multiple rooms, then use the number of IDENTICAL tables. The wizard returns prices for a single table configuration. If you have similar tables with different features, run the wizard for each table. The price will vary depending on the features chosen.

If you are ordering modular tables, enter the number of tables with the same size and design.

Choose single table if you are pricing one table of a particular size and configuration.

Choose modular table if you want your table to be made in reconfigurable pieces or if you want to order a group of tables.

Modular table sizes are listed in the pull-down.

Here are two quick rules for choosing the best size:

By number of seats:

Length (in feet) - 2 = number of people.

Examples: 10 foot table, 8 seats. 20 foot table, 18 seats. (This is for standard width conference chairs. There are ways of squeezing more people around a given length - contact us for more information.)

By room size:

Available space determines the maximum table size. Subtract existing furniture and building structure from your dimensions. Large tables and rooms require more free space than small tables and rooms.

  • For spaces up to 16 feet long, minimum clearance is 42" (3.5 feet) all around the table, and 48" (4 feet) is recommended.
  • For spaces up to 22 feet long, minimum clearance is 48" (4 feet) around the table, and 60" (5') is recommended.
  • For spaces over 22 feet long, minimum clearance is 60" (5 feet) , and 72" (6 feet) is recommended.

The pulldown menu lists our standard sizes. If you know you need a different dimension, choose custom.
